Thirty-eight years are in the books and Hagood Homes was there to show up and show out at the annual Wilmington Area Home Builders Association Parade of Homes. The event was held over two weekends – April 27-28 and May 4-5. Four of Hagood’s finest were on display and did not disappoint.

Not to be outdone, three of the Hagood Homes entries placed in the respective price range categories. The Cape Lookout and the Portsmouth Island 2024 Silver Award.

Daws Creek at Sunset Reach earned the 2024 Bronze Award nod.

Both the Cape Lookout and Daws Creek homes at the Bluffs on the Cape Fear and Sunset Reach respectively, certainly made an impression.

Cape Lookout took top honors in the Best Kitchen and Best Master Bath Contest in its price range.

While the Daws Creek was tops in the Best Outdoor Living Contest.
