Exciting things are happening in Compass Pointe! With approximately 250 homes under construction in Compass Pointe, it’s a popular community with beautiful natural areas, golf course views, and large lots. Take a tour with Sales Manager Josh Adams as he provides video updates on the Hagood Home’s projects underway in Compass Pointe, as well as the completed homes that our clients are already enjoying.

In the videos below, Sales Manager Josh Adams highlights projects in three sections of Compass Pointe – Highland Forest West, Pointe West Gate, and Timber Ridge. He also takes you on a tour of the beautiful Compass Pointe golf clubhouse.

Highland Forest West

Josh checks in on all the activity happening in the Highland Forest West section of Compass Pointe, and there is a ton. Four homes are in progress, including two Woods Cove floorplans, a Shackleford Banks plan, and a custom Harbour Town and Orton Creek combined floorplan, which promises to be a stunner. Additionally, three new custom homes will be breaking ground soon. See all that’s happening in the video.

Pointe West Gate

Josh shares the progress at the West Gate entrance to Compass Pointe off 74 / 76 Interstate. Construction is in progress on the future commercial building at the entrance. We’re not yet sure who the tenants will be, so stay tuned. Arbor Landing, a continuing care retirement community, is completed and open to residents. Timber Ridge

Compass Pointe’s newest and busiest section, Timber Ridge, is in various stages of building, from newly purchased homesites to elevation work to framing to move-in ready. A new Cape Lookout model will be part of the upcoming Wilmington Parade of Homes tour, where you can walk through and see why it’s our number one selling floor plan. Compass Pointe Clubhouse

Go inside the Compass Pointe Golf Club facilities with Josh and get a peek at the fantastic views of the course and the beautifully appointed clubhouse, including the main dining room, spacious bar, and lots of outdoor dining spaces.
