Timber Ridge Update

One of the most popular neighborhoods in Compass Pointe, Timber Ridge, is abuzz with activity! With more than a dozen homes under construction, you can see several of Hagood Homes’ floorplans in various stages of the building process, including our Shackleford Banks Canted, Albemarle Sound, Harbour Town III, Cape Lookout, and Portsmouth Island.

Highland Forest West Update

Highland Forest West is busy, busy, busy with several completed projects, several under construction, and several in the pipeline. In this area of Compass Pointe, you can see the Orton Creek model with its beautiful rooflines and a custom build currently under construction. Also, check out the heavily modified Harbour Town III Canted featuring two bonus rooms for the owner’s art studio.

Harbor Cove Update

Welcome to one of Compass Pointe’s newest neighborhoods! Harbor Cove offers waterfront sites on Cardinal Lake, the largest body of water in Compass Pointe. Palm Pointe Update
