Oscar and Jessica chose the Baja Cove home plan in November 2019. In fact, this was the first Baja Cove we ever constructed, so it holds a special place in our hearts. Oscar chose the bright exterior colors. We love how this home exudes happiness from first sight!

Oscar and Jessica put their home under contract and worked with our design consultants to make changes that fit their lifestyle and reflected their personal preferences. Cooking is very important to Jessica, so the kitchen customization was one of her top priorities. Their home features a built-in wall oven, a 36-inch gas Wolf range and an extended island for extra cabinet and storage space. Our neighborhood is unique because we work with buyers to make changes even as their homes are under construction.
