From curiosity to completion, you can expect your Hagood home to be move-in ready in 33 weeks, which is a little over eight months. Our Latest On-Your-Land Home – Herring Lane in Wilmington, N.C.

We’re proud to present the Harbour Town II Canted, which was built in the Bradley Creek area in Wilmington, N.C. This home sits on a lot that backs up to Bradley Creek, which connects to the Intracoastal Waterway and eventually Masonboro Inlet.

We love the integration with the outdoors that this home offers. In addition to the covered front porch, there are two outdoor decks on the back of the home.
