We’ve been spending time here lately, and to give you a sense of the community, we put together a few driving tours. These are hosted by our own Hannah Tew and Nora Ruehle, who know Oyster Harbour inside and out.

Two Homesites, Endless Opportunities

In the third driving tour, Hannah stops at Homesite #229, where we’re preparing to break ground on a Cape Hatteras design.

“This one’s about to come to life,” Hannah shares, and it’s easy to picture its porches, light-filled rooms, and the breeze flowing through once construction begins.

Nearby, Homesite #264 offers a little more flexibility. Hannah walks viewers through the proposed Cape Lookout Alt plan, but also reminds buyers that this lot is wide open for personalization.

“You can choose a different Hagood plan and make it your own,” she explains, highlighting the kind of freedom Oyster Harbour homeowners enjoy.

For those who aren’t quite ready to build right away, Oyster Harbour also has about 15 additional homesites listed on the public market. Hannah and Nora would be glad to explore those with anyone planning a longer timeline.
