Week 2

  • Finalize home design and make any refinements needed
  • Review proposal and included features
  • Contract signing with deposit

Week 3-15

  • Preliminary survey
  • Preconstruction plans

Week 16-24

  • Plan review (construction, materials, building survey, Builder Trend)
  • Selections (exterior finishes and colors, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, fixtures,
    electrical, low voltage, closet organizer, landscape architect – typically 3 days)
  • Submit for architectural review
  • Permit applications
  • Regulatory approvals

Week 25-26

  • Homesite clearing
  • Footers & foundation

Week 27-32

  • Framing, roof, dry in
  • Mechanicals – HVAC, electrical & plumbing
  • Client walk through

Week 33-43

  • Spray foam
  • Drywall installation
  • Cabinet, tile, finish carpentry

Week 44-60

  • Paint
  • Flooring
  • Trim out
  • Closet design & installation
  • Landscaping & irrigation
  • Clean
  • New owner orientation
  • Completion & close
