Every so often, we walk into a finished home and see a familiar floor plan in a whole new light. Matt and Janine Schwalb’s Fort Fisher gave us exactly that moment.It starts with the deep blue exterior—a color choice that gives this home presence before you ever step through the door. Inside, there’s just as much to take in. The primary en suite is a standout, with light and dark walls playing off each other beautifully. We came to take closing photos and found ourselves lingering over the details.That’s one of our favorite parts of building homes: seeing how each homeowner’s choices bring a different personality to a design we know so well.
